How She Does It

Niema Golphin’s work goes beyond inspiration. Her approach is grounded in practice, repetition, and real-world application, ensuring that what people learn can be used in the moments that matter most.

She teaches emotional regulation as a skill, not a personality trait. Through her signature framework, The Pause Effect, participants learn how to slow their nervous systems, interrupt reactive patterns, and make clearer decisions under pressure. Every keynote, workshop, and school partnership is interactive and embodied audiences don’t just listen, they actively practice the tools in real time.

Niema meets individuals where they are emotionally, culturally, and developmentally, creating space for regulation before reflection. She translates neuroscience and mindfulness into practical strategies that work in classrooms, homes, and leadership environments, making the work accessible and sustainable.

Through keynote experiences, the Minding Me school-based program, and ongoing consulting, Niema helps schools shift from reactive systems to regulated cultures, strengthening adult leadership, improving classroom climate, and supporting student well-being in ways that extend far beyond a single session.

This work is not about adding another initiative.
It’s about building the internal capacity to pause first  and decide better.
