  • After your consultation you can then book your package
  • All packages are paid in full upfront
  • Sessions must be used within 2–3 months
  • Once we set the schedule you are allowed 1 reschedule 
  • This is not therapy, this is practical, forward-focused coaching
  • After your sessions are complete, you will leave with a personalized Emotional Regulation Plan designed to help you implement your mindfulness practices daily.
  • Consistent use of this plan is essential for achieving and maintaining optimal results.
